June 22nd, 2016 – Hydronic Systems Design I

June 28th, 2016 – Variable Frequency Drives
Explore VFD operation, system application, and considerations for use within a system.
July 13th, 2016 – Hydronic System Start-up and Commissioning
Review start-up and set-up procedures for various components in a standard hydronic system.
August 11th, 2016 – Cooling Towers Design and Application
Understand the key design aspects of open and closed circuit cooling towers for efficient heat rejection.
August 18th, 2016 – Hydronic System Design II
Build on basic hydronic system design through advanced hydronic topics such as variable speed pumping and primary/secondary pumping.
September 14th, 2016 – Boiler Control
Hands-on boiler control programing class. (not eligible for PDH credit)
October 12th, 2016 – Boiler Case Studies
Gain an deeper understanding of boiler control and operation through the evaluation of several boiler retrofits and their impact.
November 16th, 2016 – Energy Savings: Design, Retrofit and Operation
Overview of Mulcahy company offerings for saving energy in hydronic systems.
